spacious suite tasty options fast service convenient location
i scored an awesome upgrade to a twin room suite it was really spacious plus super clean so relaxing. the food blew my mind with tasty options. room service was fast i had my meals in my suite fast. it's close to the financial center perfect for travellers.
the online customer support was confusing before i got there i thought i couldn't check in at 1 am we cleared it when we arrived though.

the hotel is a short walk to the financial center. being near the financial center is convenient. the hotel is two stations away from the exhibition center.

fantastic experience!
metro station excellent suite breakfast options helpful staff
The hotel location is perfect. It is very close to the metro station. reception staff were nice. i received an upgrade to a fantastic suite. breakfast had excellent options. staff serving the breakfast were helpful.
I found that the air conditioning was difficult to regulate. The room was often too cold. also, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor coming from the ventilation system, bothersome.

the suite had two separate bathrooms. it included a large refrigerator, a microwave, an iron, and an ironing board. there was even a washing machine available for use .

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. This provides quick access to different areas. the location is one metro stop from the excellent mall and the fascinating museum, easily accessible by foot or a short ride.

Breakfast is served on the 44th floor. It provides fine views. i found a wide variety of options available. there is a rooftop pool.

long waiting times missed cleaning
The elevators were a real problem. waiting times often stretched to ten minutes, quite inconvenient. this impacted quick trips to the room and back. also, the room service was inconsistent. My room was not cleaned one day, disappointing after a long day out.

Fantastic Stay at a Convenient Location

I received an unexpected upgrade upon arrival. I was given a fine Premium One-Bedroom Suite. The suite was immaculate and spacious. The facilities met all my expectations. Breakfast offered a lovely view and tasty food. The room was impeccably clean.

The hotel boasts a location near the Financial Center. This makes it accessible for business and leisure visitors. I reached the metro within three minutes. This was very convenient. Shopping centers and restaurants are also easily accessible.

I found breakfast amazing, with a great variety of choices. Meat, vegetables, fruits, and pastries were available. The food was consistently delicious, and the kid's meal was well-received. Room service was very fast.

The staff's kindness was a highlight, and I found them professional and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any requests I had. Romysia from reception was particularly helpful in organizing our group's rooms. This ensured a smooth stay.
