i scored an awesome upgrade to a twin room suite it was really spacious plus super clean so relaxing. the food blew my mind with tasty options. room service was fast i had my meals in my suite fast. it's close to the financial center perfect for travellers.
the online customer support was confusing before i got there i thought i couldn't check in at 1 am we cleared it when we arrived though.

The hotel location is perfect. It is very close to the metro station. reception staff were nice. i received an upgrade to a fantastic suite. breakfast had excellent options. staff serving the breakfast were helpful.
I found that the air conditioning was difficult to regulate. The room was often too cold. also, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor coming from the ventilation system, bothersome.
